Just got a G2 with DC58 wide angle lens. I am worried about damaging the DC58 lens. Is there a filter or glass cover that can be attached to the outside of the lens casing to protect the exposed glass lens?

The end should be threaded for a 58MM filter.
You can also get a lens cap for the same size. The squeeze clip ones lock tight and come off quickly and will work either over the lens end or the screwed-in filter. |
