Looks good to me, a bit soft on the eyes but colors look good to me.
Love his name too...my youngest is Joshua.

Great shot, my only nitpick would be that it would help to throw a flash on there and light up those big eyes.

Good, but busy! Life with kids but you should know that too. Thanks for asking. LOL good choice on name! Well hopefully you'll have another one and its a girl so you get to do the choosing. What was the girls name? Hubby and I had a terrible time with our last two. Funny enough we had our first son's name picked from the moment we knew he was a boy, we agreed on it. But terrible name with our daughter's name (3 weeks before she came we finally decided) and Josh's I finally said this is what it is, just becuz hubby wouldn't give me serious suggestions, I think he had several lined up for a girl tho, he wants another girl bad.

hey thanks. it was a quickie shot. i just noticed him sitting still like that and the light from the window looked nice so i grabbed the camera. took about 5 shots before i noticed i didn't even have a mem card in there! lol. so managed to put one in and got a couple of shots before he started moving all over the bed.

thanks - i'll remember that next time!

haha! well, if you must know - i was gonna name my girl Ursula! (it's funny i know. used to be a joke that i would name my girl that...but say it a few times and the name aint half that bad! then again, i think i would like Summer as a girl's name.
my girlfriend is actually now saying that we should have named our boy Oliver as he looks more like an Oliver...which i kinda agree...but it's too late to change his name now....and Joshua ain't that bad - it's just too common here in the UK unfortunately!

Ursula ain't bad, probably a name that grows on you. Summer's nice too. Ya know the only thing I regret with my daughter was not giving her my middle name, my mom gave me hers and I deeply regret now 4 years later I didn't keep the tradition going. At the time I couldn't find a name to go with it tho...oh well. Like you said too late now.
I like Oliver too that's a cute name. Funny how you associate certain names with characters or other people. Ursula I think of the Little Mermaid movie, LOL and Oliver that cute little kitten in the Disney movie...oh Oliver and the Gang?
As for commonness, I dont' think you can get away from it. Elijah wasn't very popular when we named our son, at least not in this area...now when he's started school he's the third Elijah and its a fairly small school. LOL So much for being different. Emily has yet to come across another Emily in her class tho. LOL I'm sure there will be a TON of JOshua's too, but it was between that and Jacob and hubby didn't like Jacob, so....
LOL

Great shot, but could do with some catchlights in the eyes to set it off.
