Some of you know that Village Idiot, aka Bob, is my brother. He is spending the holidays at a cabin in the mountains, so I'm taking the liberty of posting two shots of him I made at the zoo. He was outside, not inside, the cages. By the way, he has a much nicer tripod now.

Gosh, Reyno--incognito by camera! But very nice attachments!

It's really neat to see what everyone looks like. Please keep posting, those of you who haven't.

I have a photo of you standing on the cliff off to your left Shirley, I think there is an Owl of some sort in it, maybe I'll post it to see who can find it

Can I play?

Here is one of my wife, Barb and me on the Elkhorn Slough Safari in California. Captain Yohn who is not only into birds and marine mammals but also photography got us all set up with the tripod strapped to the side of the boat. And he took our photo with my XT.

And this is one my wife took of me with a little Powershot A510 as we walked along in Monterey. For some reason, people were looking at me strangely.

Do you still use that Bogen Manfrotto 3421 Long lens bracket?
Those Wimberley units are quite pricey.
Was curious on the one you have there

And I can't imagine why they would look at you strangely...looks like everyone I see hanging around the Wetlands here! Is Lehigh Valley anywhere near Erie??

About as far away as you can be and still be in the same state. We're about 50 miles north of Philadelphia - in the Allentown/Bethlehem area.

It is funny what you think people will look like... it's also funny how these threads always stray to what the gear is in the picture Here is one of me and the Wife.

Not sure I should post my photo as I am unclear if the statutue of limitations has run out in those few states and provinces I had a misunderstanding in. Funny how if it is illegal one place it probably is still illegal in another place, who would have thought and in so many places?

Gary, where you been? Thought you were up here in the cold for Thanksgiving. Don't tell me you skipped out and went fishing.
