I know nothing but can you help?
I have a friend that is into photography, I want to buy him a digital camera for Christmas. I have limited experience (very limited) and obviously I don't want to ask him
 So any ideas and I don't have six grand to spend!But seriously he has a canon slr manual E05 500N & E05 500N (not digital  ) but things have gone towards the the digital and he likes taking pictures of buildings and things like that. Not so much people. he is still in the amateur mode of things so any advice would be greatly appreciated.I think he might be suspicious now!
