Default color IR conversion

ok, this was not a hardware conversion... it was 100% software. How'd I do?

Tutorial? I didn't use a tutorial, I did this on my own. I can try and write one up I suppose but there is a lot involved.

It looks vaguely IR~esque,. but the green trees are a dead giveaway. Nice shot though and I do like the treatment. It just does not convince me it's IR.

Ahh... yep. You're right. The trees and grass should be pure white. I bet I can pull that off. Let me try it again... Although I do like this as is and will be printing it on metallic paper.

How's this look? A little more convincing? Forgive the jpeg compression and just look at the IR simulation only.

not a bad attempt at simulating IR but it still falls short in terms of how the colour channels work.....I also think the contrast is different. Nice job though just the same.
