In Search For a New Bag!!

Well, I have finally grown out of my current bag and am needing a new one!
I would like a crumpler like bag (does not have to be crumpler, I just want that kind of bag (messenger bag?))
Anyway, it needs to hold:

-Rebel XTi With Grip Attached and Up to a 6" lens (all attached)
-430EX Flash
-Sigma 70-300mm (6")
-Canon 50mm (2"?)
-Canon 18-55mm (3")

And room for these accessories:
-4 AA Batteries
-1 Extra Camera Battery
-3 Filters
-Point and Shoot
-1 Extra Memory Card
-Small Notepad + Pen/Penile

My budget is $120, I will only buy from B&H! So please post B&H links only!
Before you suggest a bag, please make sure B&H sells it.

I would go with a Crumpler 6 or 7MDH, I have a 7 and love it. 6 should fit your stuff, but 7 would give you a little room to grow.
