Default Celebrating my 50th with an 18-Year Old!

14 JAN 2008: My wife surprised me with an 18-year old on my 50th birthday. (I know, I know, the bottle label is not straight but I was anxious to enjoy her!)

Thanks.

It was outstanding!! I usually drink 12 year single malts because they are only about $33/bottle. I've never had a 18 year old Scotch before so I thought this would be a nice way to celebrate.

Very smooth to the palate with light hints of fruit. This is definitely a sipping pleasure.

Glenlivet is one of my faves. I am partaking on a good single malt right now. Great shot and cheers to your birthday.
