I just got my 40D yesterday, and I just joined this forum today after reading so much good information from so many people
I really like the fact that i can do ISO 1600 easy with very little grain. beautiful ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Welcome to the forum, im sure you will learn a lot here, at least I have. #3 is my favourite, I like it because you were getting creative and trying something a little different. nice shots.

I'm also planning some food photo for a local cafe, too. I love how the pictures set up, although, I would put just a little less blur to the photo. If you are using your f/1.8, I will try maybe f/2 or smaller...just to get a smoother blur.
On the 1st one, no blur will be better (this is just a little bit personal, haha) over all, I love to eat them...haha alan'08 |

Yeah the 2nd one is my favorite as well it has the most apealling DOF for my eye....
