The first one could have been without her holding the camera. The second one is good, it shows her eyes and it's not looking at the camera so it gives off a distant look.
I like the last one too, the positioning of the body and usually flowing water sets a dramatic mood. Nice coloring too. A bit noisy though.

My favorite is the last one. The other two do nothing for me.
The last one would be slightly better for balance if the seated figure were a little more to the left.

First shot does not work for me especially as the object she is so interested in appears to be out of focus, the second is an interesting composition although i find the background too prominent and distracting and the model is not sharp enough.
I like the third, i like the lighting, colour and the reflection on the water, if i were in PP with this i would be very tempted to put the character into full sillouette by removing his collar at the back and working the tree on the left into shadow as it pulls your eye away from the focal point.

The third shot is very good and I agree with Robert's comments in that regard. The second shot, unfortunately, has a very tough light problem as the highlights in the back of her pink shirt dampens the exposure and color in the rest of the shot to a point where it can't be rescued -- a brown or dark blue shirt and you might have an interesting shot.
