This lens is super sharp wide open, since you shoot on crop try the sigma 10mm fisheye it's just as sharp and you will get the full wide coverage

Just grabbed one of these again....Mines pretty old I think, in perfect condition with everything it came with new, even the gel guide....and sharp as hell. Bought it for $375 on FM.....CRAZY CHEAP!! I've said it before, I'll say it again, this is a better lens than the EF 15mm that.... some are selling for like $700 now that they discontinued it...
If you have the chance to grab one of these, don't think twice, just grab it...for me, the best part is, this is a lens I wont use much....If I'd have paid 1.4K for the L or $700 for the 15mm EF, it would be hard to justify keeping in my bag...but at $375, it would hard to justify selling it... A quick test shot...Gonna try and get something decent with it today. ![]() |

some great fisheye shots here!
I've had my Siggy for a while now, whilst it doesn't get used everyday it's the perfect lens to put a new slant on a subject - I took mine to the London 2012 Paralympics last night and shot most of my images on it... ![]() _MG_3154 by felt_tip_felonŽ, on Flickr

Just got this delivered last week, and though I haven't shot as much as I've wanted to yet, I'm having a LOT of fun with it. Quite solidly built, and sharpness is great wide open, though I admit I have 0 experience with fisheyes.
First few shots, will take it out more next week. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
