Couldn't decide between black or white. In these situations i always go with black and white. Any thoughts?

Each of these three suffers from too much contrast and a general lack of mid-range tonality and detail.
In order to capture this kind of material at its best, you should wait for a day or a time of day when there is a lower sun angle or more overcast or clouds in order to get the contrast down.
