Default Critique my Boarder/Frame

I wasnt to sure where to post this thread but considering making a boarding is in post processing i thought it would fit best here.

tell me what you think I should change, its my first go at it and I made it into one massive action. My only problem with it is the font isnt really what I want but thats an easy fix. and it doesnt like portrait oriented shots. C&C welcome

heres one with a dark background

and one with a light background

Thinner and when doing a all black shot try a nice neutral greay. Borders can make or break a shot and I like 'em simple.

Drag out a selection where you want inside of frame to be , inverse , copy paste to new layer ....... now apply any of the many PS styles to that layer ,, play with layer blending modes also .

This method takes less than a minute and gives you 100s of framing choices .

I did something like that, i cut and pasted the image to a new layer then increase the canvas size of the white background layer and played with blending options. I took cosworths advince and I made it 20 pixels smaller and I also made a one thats black and one thats gray.
