Yours looks just fine zinco. Remember other the guy paid for the priveledge but his camera will never handle the weather or rough terrain like yours will. Beautiful shot by the way.

Im trying to load some pics but my ISP is dog slow or Photobucket is.

Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You folks can come late as you like as long as you keep on coming up with great images like that! Wow!

Well I couldnt take any scenic photos today because the smoke has been polluting up the air and visibility has been poor for landscape/nature images. However I did swing over to the Fort Sill US Army Artillery Center museum and took over 100 photos of all kinds of artillery from every era around the world. Fort Sill is the home of the Artillery School and is the official artillery center for the Army. They have a huge collection and I will post pics as often as I can until I can get out and do some more interesting subjects. My ISP is loading like one pic every half hour if I am luck..

Good to see your internet connection is behaving mastertech. That's some serious hardware in those pics! Especially Atomic Annie -- the only US artillery piece to fire a nuclear shell (just read up on it quickly on Wikipedia).

That is correct Shea I was a maintenance tech for both of the first two pictured weapons when I was in the Army.

We had storms last night so that should have killed all the fires and cleared the air. If the sky clears I might get out for some more shooting. Meanwhile I have loads of artillery.. LOL Its a shame Photobucket compression does them no justice. They really look nicer in full resolution.
