How I blew $11.60
Bought these last weekend intending to do some still-lifes. Procrastinated. As you can see, that was $11.60 well spent.
 Wasn't going to waste time on PP with a lousy pic, just wanted to share my frustration.(I need to iron that background, too)

I'm really sorry to laugh at your misery
 Flowers don't come cheap eh? My sister works as a manager for woolies foods and gets their perfectly good "waste" flowers for about 50cents a pop (like yours)... She's starting a flower bussiness!! Hey, but you're a photographer, work with it

It's hindsight, of course, but I could've tried to work something with them.
As far as the background, I didn't even try to hide it. I was more amusing myself at this point with the idea of posting my pain.

A few weeks ago I bought whole coffee grounds to photo graph. I have yet to do them. I am glad they don't wild though. Look on the bright side. It is only 12$ and not 60$ like v-day roses.
