Default Portfolio Help Needed

I am meeting a client in about 2 weeks who wants to see a portfolio. I have many images from the jobs that I have done but looking for the best way to display them. I was going to have an album made up from Bay Photo, but the cost is bit too much. Any suggestions? Help!!

Thanks,
Mitch

I was looking to ask the same question.

I have seen some people who have metal portfolio's - I thought those were pretty impressive. I have a mixed bag of what I consider to be my best photo's (i.e. a few wedding, a few concert, a few abstract subjects). Would 8x10 be the best route to go or is another size better in anyone's opinion?

Thanks as always,
Jesse

Check out local Artist supply Stores. They usually carry some decent books/sleeves. They usually come in a few sizes: 8x10 8x11 8x14 etc.

I have a few different portfolios. Some are just in a 3ring binder type of presentation. The ones that I use most often are 11x14 or larger and are foam mounted. This way the client can take them out and put them on display the way they want to see them. The type of prints I take depends on the type of client. No sense taking wedding pictures to a welding shop that is looking to have work done.
