Default First nights shots CC please

These are a couple of my first ever night shots at the beach.

F/4, 30s, iso 200, This is the moon over the sea.



f/2.8, 30sec, iso200. Some houses on the point


I honestly was just mucking around untill i got something reasonable, so any suggestions for improvement are more than welcome.
