Default 1st Bridal Show Set-up

After reading many do's and don'ts of bridal shows, I have found what I liked and set this up in a 5'x10' space.
Over 1000 brides through in 2, seven hour days. Day 1 is in the books and I am very happy about how it went. I would guess 4 solid people that are interested.
Day 2 tommorrow, I will give feedback, as to what really happens and how many bookings and calls I get.
Before I even went to the show, I turned down a bride for a date (she called from the shows site) , due to the fact that I was booked, and at the show I had to refuse that same date again! Dam!

Looking forward to day 2

Was it just you manning your booth or did you have an assistant or two? Nice set up! It looks very informative.

Just me, my wife came for an hour to see me/ feed me/ and let me peepee! I was very happy at how it went. I offer an option for brides, meaning price option. All the other photogs there were larger/more expensive companies, and I was hoping to be that option for them.
I stood behind the table and walked in the isle about half/half. Booth was $500 for the half and $75 for the power outlet to run my TV and lap-top.

That is cool. I hope you get a good turn out from it. I have heard it can be a stressful experience but it would be fun to me, at least I think with my personality!

Hay, had a try-out with the Forth Worth Fire (Hockey Team), back in 1994! Almost stayed!

Oh really? I think you're better off in Canada, personally.. I rather live there from what I know about Canada vs Texas

The worst thing is, that's nothing. We had 20 foot drifts here in SD in '97, I have to imagine it gets that bad or worse around Ottawa at times.

Good luck on day two!

I searched POTN, Bridal Shows, Wedding Shows, Bridal Show Tips, etc, and read all the treads. Alot of good info and tips.

South D, must see so good snow storms too, we have had it good for several years until this one.
Thanks guys, I am to the show now, report back later.
