Hotshoe attachment for tripod?

I have one light stand with umbrella/flash mount adaptor, and I'm wondering if there is an attachment/adaptor that I can use with my tripod to attach a second flash to.

I've looked at a few online camera stores, but without knowing what this item would be called, it's a lot of pages of tripod accessories to look through.

Many hot-shoe adapters and slaves have a 1/4-20 thread socket in the base and can be used this way.
