Default Mazdas

A couple photos I took last night with some friends from a local car club.

Shots were taken using a tripod w/o flash. Your C&C please...

Like the 1st one. Exposure is right for the white car and too dark for the black car. It's losing detail. A tough situation, to be sure.

2nd one is too tilted for my tastes.

Hard shot, and too soft, but a little post can even things out for you. Masked brightening/contrast work on the black car. White balance. Contrast work on the scene. Brightened areas around the black car to help bring it out.

LD, was going to do a B&W take-off on your rendition, but I figured that it would be tacky, and,
it would not have come up to your standards.

Never worry about using an edit of mine to go in a different direction. Have fun

Thanks for the comments and the edit LD. Only just noticed the broken fluorescent lamp above the black car in the first photo.

Any more critique for the second photo?

For the second one, the angle is too harsh. I find myself tilting my head to see the car. Perhaps if it were not cropped so tight that angle would have worked for me.
