Hi All,

Chris - Very cool! Was that using some kind of extender?

Leuce - WOW!! What a beautiful photo! Is that stitched from several photos or just taken with a wide-angle converter?

No extender, just the G9 at max zoom plus a very minor crop to cut out excess sky. I was already at 30 something thousand feet when the planes went overhead and I shot through the window. It was very hard to get the Southwest plane since it was coming head-on for an effective speed of 1000mph! I was fortunate to get the shot considering the G9's shutter lag.

Thnks...the beaches are absolutely amazing and photogenic, haha.

the one above is in malaysia actually...i think ive posted some from maldives too...but a few pages back
