Default Eye's Atop the Tree

This photo was taken on a resent family trip thru Williams Lake wildlife preserve, i took a number of photos of this bird but personally i like this one the best, so lets hear ur thoughts

my opinion:

1) i like that u can see the eyes on the bird clearly, gives u closer feeling to the bird

2) exposure is decents, however clouds in the background would of added a good perspective

3) i really like the look of the dead tree, allows to see the bird clearly without any obstuction

Nice picture, but a tighter crop would be a huge improvement, if you can w/o jeperdizing the image quality.
