There are some great examples of photos taken with this wonderful lens.

There has also be a great deal of off topic chit chat. This thread is not for the discussion of possible sales or prices. Such posts have been and will continue to be deleted.

Just picked up my 11-16 yesterday and spent the better part of the evening playing with it.

I have to say it's a great lens. It's built like a tank, and it's sharp wide open.

It's going to take some getting used to the DOF at 2.8 and the slight distortion at 11mm,
but it's fast becoming one of my favorite lenses.

The colors the lens produces are a little less vibrant that I would like, but
that's easily fixed in PP. I tried to leave the photos as untouched as I could
to show SOOC.

Here's some photos I took of my dog with the lens:

1/100s f/2.8 ISO3200 16mm
No NR and slight WB change

1/160s f/2.8 ISO3200 12mm
Slight NR and WB change

And one of some Christmas Lights that I found:

3.2s f/8.0 ISO100 16mm
WB change
