Default volunteering at local studio

Hello.
i was thinking of volunteering at my local photography studio. For a learning experience and so i can put it on a resume in the future

But i need help on as to how i should approach it
what should i say and promise to do...and im 15

Sam, you are young and eager. Take your time. Get a complete portfolio ready, not just a gallery on a website. Take a few classes offered in the local colleges. Get a professional resume put together and get some experience. Ask the coaches at school if you can shoot the games, ask the drama director if you can shoot the play rehearsals, etc. That way you have a trail of work to give a pro. And good luck. I wish I had good equipment and guts when I was your age. Right now I have good gear and guts, but time is not on my side. I do this for fun.
