Default Koni at Limerock

My first time shooting motorsports with my slr. Had a great time and came away with a lot of great photos. Limerock is an excellent place to shoot for anyone who can get there. Was thinking about getting the first photo blown up and framed. Please critique!

Also, i was considering saving my money and buying the canon 70-200 2.8 L lens. My friend has one and it seems like an excellent lens. Anyone have an experience with this lens?

hahaha that photos not taken on the downhill section. I tilted the camera on that shot. That would make for an interesting race if that was the downhill haha.

hehe, that's funny. save money AND buy the 70-200 2.8L. riiiight. anyways, it's a great lens. but I heard you can get away with the sigma 70-200 2.8 non-macro version. it's just as good. the 2.8IS L is the only weather sealed lens of the 2.8, so just going the sigma route there will save you a bunch of money for another purchase. just a thought for you! good luck.

I was using my 70-200 2.8 IS lens. It was perfect. That was a great day.
