I shot my first session the other day under natural indoor light. I thought my exposure was right and my histogram looked okay, but I didn't realize that I shot at iso 800 and how much grain I got. Now how do I fix them? I don't own any noise reduction program. Does CS2 have anything that could help? How much of the noise will be seen in print. I can start seeing the noise when I zoom in about 33%.

Try Noiseware or Noiseninja also. Sadly with all noise reduction programs, you may loose some sharpness.

Stop looking at the images at 100% in PS. Print them. I bet the noise is barely noticeable. Well exposed ISO800 images are fine, i've printed them from a 5D up to 50" without issues.

Printing will reduce the noise, but if you start seeing it at 33% you may want to download the free Noiseware Community Edition and do some reduction. This free version works on (or saves to?) JPEG files only - if I remember well.

Hmmm ... I wouldn't really trust anything I see at 33% ...

You should only look at images at 25%, 50%, and 100%, otherwise the display isn't accurate.
