I did also post an alfa not long back, with similar recessed lights, which was the same colour and shown from a roughly similar angle and crop. That was a more rounded body, but could perhaps be what you are thinking of. If you saw a similar shot of this model of car, it must have been one by someone else.

I also did a quick check using the POTN search function, using the make and model name, and couldn't find another one.
