Default Canon IXUS 40 Battery

Hi, I just bought a Canon IXUS 40 and was thinking of getting an extra battery as a standby. Do you think I should buy the original Canon battery or OEM will do it. As you know, OEM cost half the price. Please advise.

Thanks.

OEM IS FINE. This is an excellent place to buy.
