Default Tulsa Lightning First timer!

Well with all the storms in tulsa i was finally took camera to work and went hunting after i got off. I was only able to get 2. Tell me what you think.

Pictures taken with S3IS hand held.

Get out of your car! The raindrops really kill it, although #2 is by far better.

I think the rain drops make the shot more interesting they add a certain randomness and the lightning its self is nice and sharp not blown out. Personally not a fan of lightning photos but I like the first one not so much the second

yeah from cootha hehe... that black spot was something in the inner lens, i got canon to remove it now...
