Default Whoa whoa whoa... Canon has a 21mp camera??
I didn't realize that any cameras went over 16 mp yet. This blows my mind.

Hahaha I knew this thread would become a making fun of me thread, but really I had to share how amazed I am! Is this camera even worth $7000? Or is it exactly like the 1D Mark III just with the 21 megapixels instead of 10?

Edit- I live up north in an igloo! So sue me.
Nah I live in Alberta.

That's pretty much what it is...But, it's full frame, not 1.3x like the MK3. That means 21 million BIG pixels, and with 14-bit and DIGICIII that's a pretty sweet machine.

Unfortunately once you apply the applicable local, state and federal taxes on the 21mp model, you only end up with 17.63mp.

Hey don't laugh, our 500gig hard disks only have 427gig once they're formated.
Taxes......who needs them.
