Im new here and know my photos are not great so any C&C is welcomed and appreciated.

first off, welcome! you'll learn a lot here. With your photo - the first thing that jumps out is the overabundance of purple in the shot. not sure if you played with it in PS or if your White Balance was really off. Unless you were going for this, you'll want to try and get the colors a bit closer to "normal" overall. As far as composition goes, your moon is all the way to the right which makes your eye "leave" the picture. study up/google/search potn on "the rule of thirds." While i think people refer to this way too often as law [as opposed to a guideline], its definitely a good place to start and an invaluable first lesson in composition. keep posting some more so we can see your efforts!

Thank you for your response and help. Im not sure why it is so purple on my monitor everything is blueish but it could be off. Heres another i took but after i started playing with the colors a bit i just gave up. I think my PP is my biggest weakness so far, but im learning alot from this site.

but 1# tends to take you out of the picture rather than drawing you in.
