Default Small lizard

Caught this running around outside the appartment when I got home from work tonight, just wondering what it is. About 1.5" long. Noticed it has a red stripe down the back.
Canon 5d and 100mm macro plus MT-14EX ringflash
F/2.8 1/20 sec ISO 1600
