hey advance compact shooters, i usually don't post in this area of POTN but i come here today (or tonight) in confusion...

can anyone honestly tell me the value of a LNIB condition powershot pro1 kit is really worth?

I've never priced them out, but that does seem high. Beware that third link, though - looked a bit fishy at first glance.

Did you price them on Ebay using both Pro1 and Pro 1 ? I have found some very nice setups for under 300.00. You would be out of your mind to pay more for a Pro 1 than a used 5D wouldnt you?

don't get the Pro1 wrong, it's a great bridge camera. it has a 28-200mm L zoom on it and more features than one may want to wrap their head around.

not to mention, they're supposed to be rather difficult to find so i found the price to be rather believable at first. now? not as much in some cases, but others...i'm just not sure.
