Default Jetskier

G'Day all.
Just a couple of photos taken last March, which I think work OK, even though they don't approach the usual high standards of photos in this forum .
These guys were racing around Newcastle Harbour during the annual Maritime Festival. The weekend was my first serious attempt at panning and these are a couple that seemed to work OK.The camera was attached to a monopod. Both photos were taken at 1/125 second f10/11 and ISO100. Lens used was Canon EF 75-300mm 1:4-5.6 II at 300mm. (EOS300D).

I think I prefer the first one also, gives more a feel of speed

Cheers

G'Day.
Thanks all for the comments. Can see what you mean about the spray giving the impression of speed. Theres another somehwere on the disk that goes one further and completely hides the skier in spray, but that just doesn't look right to me.
