Default Accidental abstract

This turned out to be quite the interesting photo. This was shot off the US Rte 11 bridge in Brewerton,NY,looking out over the Oneida River, East towards Oneida Lake. A fireworks display had just ended. All the boats in the river were leaving the fireworks area. I decided to make a 30 second exposure. Briefly into the exposure,I was forced (large crowd crossing the bridge on foot) to pick up my tripod and move it during the exposure. The result is what you see here.

Thanks for looking and commenting Tater & MissK. I just might have to print this one to see how it looks.

I like it. I started wondering exactly what you did to make it look so good - I mean, usually when you move the camera it gets much more blurred than this. I guess it is the combination of you having the camera on a tripod for most of the 30 seconds, and then probably pointing it as much as possible on the same spot while moving it. Never mind, it still looks really nice.
