I plan on printing at Costco and am very confused regarding ICC profiles (printer profile, monitor profile, embedding ICC, etc) and the proper workflow to get my prints to match what I am adjusting on my monitor.
Can someone please share a basic workflow and/or things to remember prior to uploading files to Costco for printing. I appreciate your insights.

It's all pretty much spelled out in some links in the link from my sig. (Those under the heading "Printing")
Try there first, then come back if you have specific questions If your screen is calibrated well and you use sRGB as a working space, likely you'll be in the ballpark.
