VW Cup, Brands Hatch 12th June
Some shots from the Qual session at Brands today. 40D + Sig 70-200EX and/or Sig 120-300EX. Shot mostly at the bottom of Paddock Hill and around Druids, which is why they look kinda similar!
Might as well start with a pan. Yes, that is a Diesel  Herbie Goes Racing  Same Golf as up there ^ at the bottom of Paddock Hill  Another van - also a DERV!  Tasty R32  MkII Golf  Herbie again  May as well end on another pan of another Diesel Caddy  Think I might have overdone the sharpening when I batched these ones. Damn Sigma lenses, way too good...

If you are a fan of VW racing you HAVE to check out the Red Devil built by Carpi in 2004-2005. It's a Golf 3 that DOMINATES the track on Street legal days.

I'm loving the first and last pics in this set, the big cloud of black smoke out of the golf is brilliant!
