What custom settings on a 40D do you use

What custom settings do peeps use when shooting motorsports ie: Sharpness ,saturation etc ,you start off in standard and adjust the paramiters.

I asked almost the same question not long ago.
This is what I did,shoot at various setting and compare them.All in all,when finished,I decided to keep the default settings and adjust to my likings later in editing software.

i increase saturation and sharpness by 1 notch cos i like that look for landscapes.
