Default Two Pitchers - Baseball (6 Pics)

Rich Hill, who has been a starter for the Chicago Cubs the past couple seasons, returned to Daytona for some work the other day. Cubs fans know he's lights out when his curve ball is working but also know he's wild when it's not working. Deolis Guerra was in the Mets organization last season and a top prospect in the Florida State League. He was traded to the Twins during the off season and he went against Rich Hill Friday night in what we expected to be a pitchers dual. Unfortunatly Rich was off and Deolis gave up three earned runs in the first inning. It was a night both probably would like to forget but those two guys were my assignment that night and they're about all I shot. Here are some different angles and crops of each.

#1 - Rich Hill's signature delivery.

#6 - It was a hot, humid Florida evening and both guys worked up a good sweat.

You're right about Hill, when his curve ball is on he's pretty good. He was struggling big time in Chicago and he was sent down, I didn't know he was sent all the way to Daytona though.
