Default Gone Fishin'

My wife likes birds, I like photography. So here I am, photographing birds. These were taken during a recent trip to Cape May NJ. C&C welcome. Thanks Brad

Thanks! I think these got me hooked. Now I spend early morning in the garden waiting for birds to show up.

Yea. Right place, right time. I wish I had about another 100mm on the lens. This was taken with the 300mm 4.0L.

Nice shots.

I hope your MasterCard has some extra room on it. It's an addicting hobby and the lens is never long enough. I started off with the 100-400 then decided I needed the 500. Now I want the 600.

Thanks. I know exactly what you mean! I thought the 300 would be enough (its not!) Hmmmm my wife got me into this, think she'd be upset if I showed up with the 500?

He reminds me of me as a kid, trespassing on a lake, catching a big one and running for home!

That look on his face is priceless! Well done.

Nay. After all it's her fault!

My wife is addicted to this as much or more so than I am. I say buy her a camera and see what happens. In time she will want the lens too.
