Default Sensor cleaning on the sd 750?

Is there a way to do it or do I have to send it back to Canon? I'm away from home and I don't have the manual with me.

It's sealed. It shouldn't need it and would be a factory job if it was needed. Sure it's the sensor? Post an example. It may be a dirty lens if it's dark, or reflections off airborne particles if it's light spots.

I already cleaned the lens and I see that dark spot in every shot I took today.

If you look in the middle of the photo, there's dark spot in the sky just above and to the left of the light pole in the above photo.

Dead pixel? Is that possible? Can you post a picture?

Ok how about this photo. It's a dark spot just above the fence in the middle of the photo.

I doubt it's dirt. If you want it dealt with, you'll need to send it to Canon.

It's not a dust issue. I'd like to say the sun burned it, but that's impossible. Best advice is to send it in, especially if it's still on warranty. If not, argue that it came that way.
