It's not a real ghost town. It is just some person that has a ghost town mockup on his land. He holds weddings, movies, etc there.

I think I know where this is, out off of 290 and Old Kimbro rd east of Manor. I've always wondered what they use it for. I like the last one best, looks most like a real town there.
