Default LightboxHelp

Well seeings as ive only had about a 6 months of slr photography i thought it better to make my own lightbox and experiment than to go out and buy a light tent and expensive lighting gear.

So heres my setup,

I know its pretty basic setup, and not with the most powerful lighting etc, but it still ok for experimentation?

Here was my result the first time round, which i wasnt impressed with very much,

The background wasnt white enough for my liking, so i asked a friend for help and he told me to play around with the white balance and light angles,

So here is the best from my second batch,

This was my first time shooting in lightbox and trying out the studio lighting effect, so my question you guys is, do you have any tips or comments to help my lightbox/photography from pp/editing to the actual lightbox its self.

The first attempt was shot with kit lens, Canon EFS 18-55mm and the second was shot with Sigma 10-20mm DC HSM

Thanks

yes, i would try upping the ISO, although i don't suspect it'll change that much. there's just not enough light in that box.

i bought a couple of these for mine:

they're dirt cheap and do a great job. just be careful. they're very very hot.
