Default previous thread/next thread

Hello, I was just wondering how others felt about location of the previous thread/next thread buttons? I myself would love to see them returned to the top of the thread, instead of where they are now (at the bottom). Or even better, both at the top and at the bottom as well.

Its because I sometimes want to view the pictures only, and not read the comments, but I always have to scroll down to the bottom. This scrolling makes my eyes feel weird after a while, and is time consuming. It also gets very jumpy when a lot of pictures have been posted in the thread, and as each one downloads, the screen jumps, making it really hard to click the previous/next buttons.

For the record, I actually love the rest of the changes to the website.
