Default The perfect sepia

How do you do your sepia toning? Is is an action? Do you make it yourself? Are they all different? Do you make your own action?

I struggle with sepias and haven't found a method I like yet and don't like the CS3 preset action at all...

Thanks!

I use a pre-set action and then alter that some more.

Split tone in Adobe Camera RAW, just add orange at low opacity, with the B&W checkbox ticked. Photoshop has a sepia filter.
