I have played a bit with curves on these 2 photos and also masked the eyes and did a little curves on just them. Would you think my customer would like this edited image? Or dou you think it's too bright. The one is in color but I also did one in Sepia for added effect. What would you think about my conversion btwn that and the color? I would love feedback and plenty of C&C. Thanks much everyone!

I noticed the eyes too. Other than that, I think the photo is great! I also really like the conversion.

I noticed the eyes too. I would try to adjust it somehow? I like the sepia one a lot. I would try to get rid of the folds in the background fabric too.

OK...I adjusted the eye color in the color image and the lightness in the sepia....is it better?

I like this, but I'm still not sure about the right eye. The way the light is hitting it makes it look like it's collapsing and it's a little bit strange. This is a case where I could duplicate the correct eye and replace it, but I know not everyone is that progressive to save a shot.

Yes I'd say it's a bit over cooked. Too much contrast and too much sharpening. I'm sure he doesn't look that sharp in real life, does he?

IMHO the eyes are not such a problem in the sepia, which BTW I love and I'm sure the parents would not even notice any problems at all.
