A good HDR doesn't look like what most people call an HDR image. This one turned out well.

I agree. I just wish there was something outside the window, like maybe blurred scenery or something...

Agreed. A good HDR doesn't give away the fact that it is one. I still like seeing the comparison to a standard shot but this was processed well. The shot itself, I must admit, doesn't really do much for me. I agree it would be nice if there was something out the window.

Thanks guys...I don't go for an HDR image. I go for an image with expanded dynamic range haha. anyway...

Yeah this was while we waited in one of the stations after transferring. I get bored so I take pictures

I can put a blurry shot in the window if you want as I have many from the actual trin ride haha... let me see what I can do...I just posted because I was bored and looking through the HDR forums.

nice...I like it...

I dont think it is difficult to add a scenary into that window...that will make the image more interesting..

Thanks Avi, It actually is quite difficult and I have given up
The bottles of water are a little of a challenge and I go based on what looks perfect at 100% so it's hard for me to accept anything less...My standards are too high for my own good hahah! It's actually a problem Im working on as it prevents me from trying different scenes out in photography, if i see something I don't like about a particular image ill work different angels and if I still don't like it I won't take the shot?

Sorry everyone! I thought this was an HDR I had done as I remember doing it. But when I went to look for the original I found out that this is the EV0 edited and with the window masked in form the EV-2 version...

I feel horrible lol

had to go wider huh. and i don't blame you for chosing the tokina. it's what i would do too. but it's too wide for me.

OP - Anything that doesn't looked HDR'ed IMO is a success. I like the pic. If you had not mentioned it was HDR'ed it would have been some time before I figured it out if at all.

Well the dynamic range was expanded, just not by HDR software. By me and my good friend the mask
