Default Another decision thread... Alien Bee ring flash or Bowens ring converter?

After New Years I think I may pick up a ring flash. However it will not be used that much. So I am thinking of getting the Alien Bee ring flash. its cheep and has plenty of accessories. I also already have lights that will mount the Bowens ring converter. So I wont have to have a full light sitting arround. But the price between them is not really that much, so that is not really a concern.

Just wondering on everybody's thoughts between the two.
