Not quite sure why you felt the urge to create 3 threads for this... particularly as only two pics in each lol. As for comment, I'd say they're a bit dark. See you used ISO1600 and a good shutter speed sp it must've actually been dark lol. Possibly could have used F5.6 though, maybe you could have got away with ISO1000 and reduced noise (image grain). Possibly a day for experimenting with Manual exposure rather than the semi-auto Shutter Priority. My 2p anyway, cheers

Looks like a good start. I don't get the camera tilt in the second shot. IMO it adds nothing to the photo. I think you can bring these up a little in PS. Maybe a curves adjustment and a bump in contrast.

As I understand it, this was your first time at a motorsports event and panning. What I would like to suggest is what someone suggested to me a few years back. Find you a busy section of road and practice your technique. Motorsports photography in my mind is not much different than golf, if you don't practice, and get your swing right you'll never be Tiger Woods.

Hi Guys
thanks for all the pointers, I put in 3 threads as I originally put in the advise comments section and it wouls only allow me 2 attachments on a thread, and the site must have moved them to photosharing as was in the wrong section, sorry but as I said new to site and wasnt aware you could put more images in this section on a thread, once again many thanks
