Smile US/Canada Trade . . .

Ok, I know there are a bunch of you from north of the border . . . and I was wondering if we could make a trade of sorts. I want to trade you the three Dixie Chicks for Neil Young. Seems fair enough.

Is it a deal? I'll through in some Poutine if needed.

If you throw in Rush and Supertramp I'm sure we could give you the New York Yankees, too.

I'm thinking that we need to get Celine Dion on this side of the border. Its nice to hear someone that can sing so well. I'm not sure that I'm willing to give up J-Lo in trade though.

Rush is Canadian? I thought he lived in Florida.

OH, you mean the musical "Rush".

You can keep Celine but there is absolutely no way we're giving Shania.

For reasons unknown or perhaps due to Poutine? A lot of good sounds come from the land north of me. I would be willing to give up the Yankees and George S. as well to sweeten the deal as well.

You got that right! I don't think there's a Canadian that would part with Shania.

Hell no! Shania stays! However, for a seagull bitten fry from a McDonalds parking lot in Walla Walla you can have the skinny singer since she is already in Las Vegas. To sweeten the deal we will even toss in Alex Trebek.

You can definitely have Celine, and may your comedy industry have as much fun with her as ours has. (Air Canada, you listening? Ffllyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?)

Shania is all ours (When she is actually in Canada )

So far you have not offered anything even tempting

Can't support the Expos, what would we do with the Yankees? Would they accept Loonies in payment? What would be the duty and shipping on that?

What was the original offer? Dixie Chicks? They still around?

Now, if you threw in a NASCAR race or two north of the border, you might get some interest (NORTH AMERICAN Stock Car Racing)

Currently sitting in a hotel jsut south-east of Chicago, and I still can't think of anything else you have to offer.

Maybe some real BBQ?

Wait just one minute! I'd fight to the death to keep hold of that...

Well, maybe not to the death, butt that is a national treasure that should never be out of our sight.

Have Fun,

Deal, she's all yours. Don't want anything in return, but it is a final sale.

Maybe I'm caught in the '90's.

If she's that "obtainable", then I would prefer another pick.
Do y'all have any Elk that aren't attached? I have a bag of carrots....
