Default Post Your Street photography - Montreal, QC

I recently saw this post by TheHoff and thought it was a great idea.

Montreal is a very photogenic city. It has a very particular lifestyle. So post away!

O.K I see it now. Got my bearings messed up.
That's a great area for shooting, was there yesterday before I went to the Botanical Gardens to shoot the Chinese Lantern Display.
Working on those shots will post later in the week.

Went to the Montreal Botanical Gardens last week for their annual Chinese Lantern Display.
Here are a few shots direct from the camera.

I like the juxtaposition of old and new that exists throughout Montreal.

What's become of the historic Montreal Forum. ( It's a movie theatre)

Inside the lobby; the actual centre ice and some original stands from back in the day.

Great shots Sparker1 and Darsk47.
We certainly do have a very complex and unique city, with many old and new photo opportunities.
I remember going to games at the FOrum too bad they had to move.
Not a Canadiens fans but enjoy when the Redwings come to town.

Cultural activities are also a big part of Montreal

A Chinese Dragon Dance held this summer
